Some things i want to suggest are as follows:

*In members list, there should be a search engine or atleast a sorting method to search member by first letter of the name say A, B, C... etc.

* Secondly please try to improvise the Hinglish Typewriter Keymaps, with a pattern which is more user friendly. One of the keymaps which i observed in orkut.com is very user friendly.

I will keep writing as more and more i explore this site.
