Life Goes On

Less than 100 years from now our present body was non existant. We got it & it started growing. We fed it and it kept growing like a breath, which we inhale. But then as breathing in stops, similarly the body growth stops. The breath we inhaled earlier we now start to exhale, as we can't hold it any more and also it becomes useless. Exactly similar to this process, the body also starts receding and in less than 100 years from now, it in all probability becomes Non existant like the exhaled breath. But soon thereafter like a New breath next life starts. Life goes on continuously like a breath. Like a breath, the body is not ours. Like a breath, which we inhale & exhale, we go on changing body. This truth is so simple, still very difficult to accept, to accept it in practice. Even theoraticaly, people don't want to accept it.

Hence think of +-100 Years & Beyond and see the TRUTH for yourself.

There is no need of

There is no need of re-incarnation. One can liberate one-self in the present life-time. Only requirement is to be contented with the mind turned inward. Discard all desires & ambitions. Substitute sex with love. See whole world as illusory appearance.

Sir, Is Re-incarnation not a

Sir,
Is Re-incarnation not a continuous process, through which the souls can enjoy this vast Universe in various colours & shades. The only rstriction is that Soul shouldn't become slave of the body to enjoy it in real sense. In other words, soul should look for & enjoy the BLISS of God in every worldly thing he comes across. If it attains the ultimate capability to remain in the BLISS of God continuously, then he leaves this cycle of incarnations and enjoys MUKTI, i.e., liberates itself.

Universe is unreal as a

Universe is unreal as a dream. All the sensual pleasures that we get in the world are because of Atman that is inside us. This atman illumines mind which in turn illumines senses. When mind becomes pure, atman shines which is more than God.

Sir, Let's go through a

Sir,
Let's go through a simple logic. When we see dreams, what we see there, is what we have already observed during the day time. Dreams are not much different from the factual things except that they are grossly de-arranged, because the brain is inactive during that time. The saying in Hindi describes them perfactly -Kahi ki eet, kahi ka roda, bhanu-mati ne kunba joda.(कहीं की ईंट, कहीं का रोड़ा, भानुमती ने कुनबा जोड़ा) Hence even the dreams are based on some reality. Had there been no reality, there would not been any dreams also. So to say that universe is not real is not very proper, though the sense it wants to convey i.e., we shouldn't believe in worldly things to give us pleasure, is correct.
Further the mind & the senses as you have said are illuminated by the soul, which is perfactly correct, but if we extend the logic of unreal universe to it, it would simply mean that the soul illuminates an unreal thing, which then may mean that soul is rendering itself into illusionary things, which undermines the qualities of a SHUDH ATMA.
To conclude , I would say that ,to achieve our objective of Non attachment of ATMA to worldly things, why we need to say that the world is unreal, an illusion. Infact the illusion is AGYAN -lack of knowledge and not the world. A child to whome mother gives a toy to play may discard the toy as an illusion ,just to show his love for his mother, but it won't be very correct. He can enjoy the toy taking it as a beautiful loving gift of his dear mother, every time he plays with it, rather than weeping all the time he comes across the toy. Similarily, it's for us to take the things as the loving gift of God or reject it as an illusion. In both the ways we can love & reach God, in the first way weepingly, in the other way graciously. Having said this, I think all have a choice to decide what he think is correct or incorrect, and no body can force his thoughts on any one. Every body accepts only that thing which he understands as correct, So I will feel, it's better if every one goes on thinking about all the things in all the ways, he can think of and then one day he can reach more near the Truth.

There are said to be 4

There are said to be 4 states of mind - waking, dream, deep sleep and turiya. Waking and dream states resemble and are slightly different from each other. Mandukya upanishad and Yoga Vasishtha deal with this subject well. As mind becomes subtler due to spiritual practice, universe seems to be only in imagination ('kalpita' in sanskrit). Yoga Vasishtha says about it as 'sankalpa matra sarva'.

Yes, as is clear from above quote, this is what the Mandukya Upnishad says. But true imagination is not possible of a thing which never existed, but to illogically colobrate the imagination should be called an illusion ?
